This camera is located at the 14th floor of the BTI and overlooks Whittier and Passage Canal in northerly direction. The direction can be changed from time to time to show the harbor or the cruise ship dock.

| This camera is located on the 10th floor of the BTI and shows the Lynden Transport barge docking facility. There are two arrivals each week, one from Seattle and another from Canada, bringing supplies and goods for the entire state. |
